Beginner Painting Class for Adults!
Express yourself at The KIND Institute as we now offer anyone interested in painting the opportunity to brush up their skills! Using a variety of mediums such as acrylic, watercolor and inks, our talented instructor, Jacqui Powell, will guide you, sharing her expertise by teaching proper technique and giving you the tools to create your own masterpiece.
Designed for adults, the class will help students put across on a variety of canvas types (cloth, newsprint paper, cardboard, wood, window panes, glass, and more!) their ideas, thoughts, and emotions, providing a therapeutic experience sure to extend beyond the classroom. We’ll even show you how to perform different layering techniques with items you can find lying around the house!
